CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation and Refund Policy has been prepared to regulate the cancellation and refund terms for services purchased through the www.primelly.com website.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

All services purchased through Primelly are provided within the scope of personal assistant, consulting, organization, and coordination services.

Services commence within the specified period after the completion of the purchase transaction.

2. CANCELLATION BEFORE SERVICE COMMENCEMENT

The Buyer has the right to receive a full refund of the service fee if the service has not yet started and the cancellation request is submitted in writing.

In this case, the payment amount will be refunded to the Buyer without any deductions.

3. CANCELLATION AFTER SERVICE COMMENCEMENT

No refund will be provided for cancellation requests submitted after the service has begun.

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services that have already commenced.

4. CANCELLATION FOR PACKAGE-BASED SERVICES

For daily, weekly, or monthly packages, no refund will be provided after the package has started, even if all or part of the package remains unused.

5. REFUND IN CASE OF SELLER’S FAULT

If the service cannot be provided at all or cannot be provided as promised due to the Seller’s fault, the unused portion of the service fee will be refunded to the Buyer.

In this case, the refund will be made using the same method the Buyer used for payment.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Cancellation and refund conditions for third-party services provided within the scope of the service, such as transfers, restaurant reservations, clinics, or yacht tours, are subject to the policies of the respective service providers.

The Seller cannot be held liable for any charges arising from the cancellation and refund conditions of third-party service providers.

7. REFUND PERIOD

Approved refund requests will be processed within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date the request is accepted.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by banks.

8. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTED SALES

Refund conditions may vary for services purchased under campaigns, discounts, or promotions. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
